• Word count of source document
• Complexity of the topic of the document
• Language combination
• Delivery deadline of translation.

At TransProfessionals the pricing for our translations is determined per word or per page. Every document is different and the number of words per page can vary widely from page to page. At TransProfessionals we offer both options to our clients while encouraging the choice of per-word pricing as this is often to the client's advantage.

How to reduce costs

We do our best to reduce your translation costs and offer several options for this purpose.

Option 1:

the more words or pages you have to translate, the better the rate we are able to offer you.

Option 2:

With the customer account option, we open a translation account for you for one month, which allows you to send us documents for translation throughout the month, as you need them and we bill you in full at the end of the month. This system allows you to avoid paying emergency fees.
