Process
At TransProfessionals your project is managed from start to finish with expertise.
As soon as you contact us, we provide you with an accurate and competitive quote and we agree on the delivery date.
We then assign you your personal account manager who will act as the contact between your company and ours.
At TransProfessionals, we consider that there is no general text. Thus, after having determined the field of specialty of your document, we entrust it only to one of our translators who is specialized in this field and who only works into his mother tongue.
When your document has been translated and has passed the 3 quality control stages, your project manager will deliver it to you within the agreed deadlines and will remain at your disposal for any questions.
Our resources
TransProfessionals is a large translation company that works with a database of over 3000 translators from all over the world. As a result, we are able to handle large translation volumes in over 100 language combinations. At TransProfessionals we have an in-house team of translators and editors for the most common languages and small projects and a team of freelance translators and editors for larger projects.
Our highly qualified translators hold a Master's degree, have a minimum of 5 years of experience and are all members of a recognized association of translators such as the Institute of Linguists, the American Translators Association (ATA), the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), the French Society of Translators (SFT), the US National Association of Judicial Interpreters and Translators etc.
We recruit them on the basis of a test designed and scored by our internal team, which then decides on their recruitment. During this recruitment process, we give priority to translators who have worked in a field of specialty other than translation and who therefore have an in-depth knowledge of the technical field of translation entrusted to them.
Quality control
We scrupulously monitor the quality of our translations and have therefore put in place several quality control stages which enable us to deliver accurate, faultless translations in a style adapted to the target language. At the first stage there is therefore the translator, then the editor and finally the proofreader.
Delivery format
We translate and DTP (desktop publishing) your document in the format and form that suits your needs. Your translation may be hand delivered, sent by mail or by courier service.
Areas of specialization
At TransProfessionals we work in many areas of specialization and we are aware that each particular area requires appropriate terminology and style.
The fields in which we intervene the most are petroleum, institutional, legal, financial, technical, scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, marketing and commercial.
Tools
It is true that a translation software does not always render the nuances that a translator is able to bring out, but they nevertheless make it possible to ensure the consistency of terms throughout a translation. The added benefit is that when the same terms are repeated multiple times in the text, we do not charge you for the repeated words, thus saving you money. This however remains an option as the majority of our translation is made without a translation software
